WELCOME
To all Current and Prospective Members:
On behalf of the Chicago Chapter of Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and its Executive Board members, I extend you a warm greeting and encourage you to take advantage of what the overall organization offers mailing professionals. It is our intent to provide a forum for: sharing information, continued education, professional achievement and recognition, networking and even personal growth.

The monthly calendar of webinars sponsored by National MSMA, AOSP, DC and Chicago chapters has been created again this year. All dates have been set, there are a few that need topics yet. This calendar is posted on this website for your convenience.
We are hoping to have two live events in the Chicago area sometime in 2023. Watch for that news later this year.
Also, we highly recommend MAILCOM as a national show, availing you to a three-day education which will serve you for a lifetime. It is our hope that you attain a wealth of information at these programs which you can take back and apply to your own operations.
AOSP/MSMA is pleased to announce the launch of our new Management Training Program Certificate! Please see flyer posted on the website.
Our MSMA Chicago group is very fortunate to have so many mailing pros willing to help out other mailers any way they can. Therefore, we hope you also take advantage of your membership to network with your fellow professionals.
If you have any questions, please contact me or any Board Member, as we are very proud of our organization and would be eager to chat with you. The Board and I look forward to seeing you at the next function.
We are also looking for new Chicago Chapter Board Members. You can speak to any of our current Board members for information. Feel free to contact me anytime.

UPCOMING EVENTS 2024
MSMA CHICAGO CHAPTER AWARDS

MAIL CENTER OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Mail Center of the Year Award recognizes an entire member mail center for their outstanding contributions to the profitability of their company and our industry. The areas that will be evaluated and considered will be those of employee engagement, new technology, improving current operating procedures and processes and cost reductions. All in-house facilities offering mailing services are eligible for nomination. The emphasis of this award is focused on the entire mail center staff’s contribution as opposed to focusing on individual effort.
HELP YOUR LOCAL CHAPTER:
Please consider sponsoring one of our events during the year. Your generous donation can be used towards expenses for facilities, meals, refreshments, and speakers. By being a sponsor, your logo, business info, and website link will be featured on our homepage.

The Mail Center Manger of the Year Award recognizes Anne-Marie Lilly for outstanding contribution made within their managerial area of responsibility that includes operational innovations and cost reductions that improved corporate profitability and focused initiatives that improved departmental & firm-wide employee/workplace environment. IMRF Staff Members Receive Office Services Certification!
The Office Services Professional Certification (OSPC) is a training and certification program primarily for non-managers working in office services, support services, and mail operations. This certification can be taken as a standalone certification or as a first step in a career long certification process for those who might pursue other industry certifications.
We are excited to share that eight IMRF staff members have recently received the Office Services Professional Certification! Congratulations to Angel Dever, James Rinkus, Ashley Gordon, Jeffrey Bereckis, Mike Burns, Jake Cassidy, Alex Valdez, and Kelly Knoll! Check out staff pictures below.
Also, special thank you to Anne-marie Lilly for partnering with The Chicago Chapter of Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) to help present the virtual study session, and to Denise Streit for assisting.
